  1. Where are you located?
    We are conveniently located in downtown Carmel. We offer complimentary pick up & delivery service from work or home so as not to inconvenience you, our customer. I will personally pick up and deliver your vehicle back to you.
  2. What are your services?
    We offer a complimentary basic exterior wash with the purchase of every interior detailed cleaning for new customers. We also offer an assortment of buffing, polishing or waxing, depending upon the condition of your vehicle’s exterior painted surfaces. We do one thing only and that’s clean and recondition your vehicle.
  3. How much do these services cost?
    Pricing will depend on the year, make and model and current condition of your vehicle’s interior and exterior surfaces. Call or e-mail me personally for an estimate.
  4. What are your hours of operation?
    We are available to you Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. by appointment only.
  5. How long will it take to detail my vehicle?
    Time will depend on the services(s) you need or want done and the current condition of your vehicle.
  6. What products do you use?
    We use environmentally safe CarBrite products exclusively. CarBrite is owned by Valvoline, a worldwide recognized and trusted company. We reclaim all of our refuse wastewater to be disposed of properly so as not to contaminate the environment.
  7. What about your employees?
    All of our employees are trained on the latest techniques to recondition any vehicle. We pay all taxes and Workman’s Compensation.
  8. What if something should happen to my vehicle while in your possession?
    We take extra care while servicing and transporting your vehicle. We are fully insured for life, liability and property should anything happen to your vehicle. Insurance certificate available upon request. I will personally guarantee your satisfaction.
